UltraSafe® Delivers Custom Engineering
Safety Syringes, Inc. offers a complete range of UltraSafe® anti-needlestick products and technologies for prefilled medication syringe systems to pharmaceutical and medical device companies. These manufacturers can easily incorporate the UltraSafe® system into their own products to meet new sharps injury prevention regulations.
The UltraSafe® needle guard technology is immediately available in sizes to fit 0.5, 1.0, 1.0(long), 1.5 and 2.25 ml ISO standard glass syringes. These systems can be custom engineered to accommodate proprietary syringe and cartridge designs.
The UltraSafe® line is designed for automated manufacturing systems. Automated assembly equipment and technology are available to seamlessly integrate into high speed pharmaceutical filling and packaging lines. The equipment can also be customized to integrate into lower speed and manual packaging or assembly operations.
